How to play

Baccarat is a card game where you bet on which of two hands — Player or Banker — will finish closer to 9. You may also bet on a Tie. You do not play the cards yourself; the draw is fixed by the rules below.

Card values

Ace = 1 · 2–9 = face value · 10, J, Q, K = 0. Hand totals are modulo 10, so only the last digit counts (e.g. 7 + 8 = 15 → 5).

Third card rules

Player

0–5 → draws one card
6–7 → stands
8–9 (natural) → stands

Banker

Banker totalAction
0–2Always draws
3Draws unless player's third card is 8
4Draws if player's third card is 2–7
5Draws if player's third card is 4–7
6Draws if player's third card is 6–7
7Stands

If the player stands, the banker draws on 0–5 and stands on 6–7.

Shoe

Eight standard decks are shuffled and dealt. When the cut card is reached, a new shoe is shuffled. Your balance, session stats, roadmap and current shoe are saved in this browser.
